Tired of playing de_dust in CS Source? Why not play the test_hardware map. Download this rar file and extract it to Valve\Steam\SteamApps\YOUR EMAIL OR USERNAME FOLDER\counter-strike source beta\cstrike\maps\. Then when in CS Source menu, choose to create server, and then select the "test_hardware" map.
You may already have seen and tried out the video stress test where by elements of the Source engine are loaded into your graphics card and rendered in real time to give you an average frames-per-second result and some idea as to how the engine will fair with your hardware. It scrolls through a couple of rooms and objects. Well, with this download, you can play that level...as close to hl2 as you can get...lol
