The MMORPG set in The Matrix is being published by Sega and will be available on the PC in November.
In November 2004, players can participate in the continuing saga of the Matrix movie trilogy. The Matrix Online picks up where the movies left off and now you get to be part of the story.
Players of The Matrix Online are newly freed "redpills" released after Neo wins the battle for humanity's freedom. Now they're only visitors to a world they thought they knew—a sprawling urban landscape of subways, nightclubs, skyscrapers, and dark alleys. But now they're part of the secret war that goes on underneath the pedestrian surface—a war of survival and control between Machines, Zionists, and Exiles.
