A Japanese release date for the eagerly awaited Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children movie has been announced on its official website.Square Enix designer Tetsuya Nomura posted in an update that it will be released on 14 September with a price tag of 4,800 yen, though no U.S date or format (DVD or UMD) was mentioned:
There will be a simultaneous release of a limited edition version, though the pricing has not been announced.
He revealed that all rendering is complete, and only the film's audio component is left. The audio is expected to be finished at the end of May, with synching starting in June, and the final preparations and editing starting in July. Promotions and production will start in August. Nomura promised that there will not be anymore delays.
