After Nintendo announced its Revolution console will be backwards compatible with old Nes games, sellers of Nes clones were more or less shot in the head as far as future sales are concerned however, Messiah Entertainment are hitting back with the Generation Nex. Generation Nex is a Nes clone that stands 1.5-inch tall and is very similar in appearance to the old Nes. It comes with built-in support for wireless controllers (which are sold separately), rumble support and dual cartridge slots for NES and Famicom games. All that with a price tag of $59.99 and a September release might be more than enough to drag in some retro enthusiasts.
