4 screenshots of the highly anticipated Quake IV have been made available. The next-gen fps based around id Software's Doom 3 engine is anticipated for release around the holiday season this year on PC and Xbox 360.
Currently in development at Raven Software in cooperation with id Software, Quake 4 will put players in the role of Matthew Kane, an elite member of Rhino Squad and Earth's invasion force. The game lets players battle with squads, alone and with various vehicles, while battling the Strogg.
