Valve have affirmed that their games will continue to be available in retail form after 31 August.Uncertainty spread over whether the split with publisher Vivendi Universal Games would mean their back-catalogue would be solely distributed via Steam when Vivendi ceased distributing the games on 31 August:
"We are making arrangements to continue retail distribution of our products post August 31," Valve marketing director Doug Lombardi informed GamesIndustry.biz, going on to say that the firm "should have more details to share soon."
