Engadget unearthed an otherwise dull quarterly conference call by RAM company MoSys (MoSys will be supplying their products to NEC Technologies, who will provide the Revolution's RAM), that reveals this statement:During the quarter we now expect NEC technologies will now use our 1T-SRAM embedded memory technologies on their advanced 90 nanometer process, and that the initial designs to be incorporated in SoC's will be used in Nintendo's next-generation game console, code-named Revolution.
We're excited to be a participating member of the Nintendo team once again as Nintendo will roll out it's successor game console to the GameCube in mid-2006.
