TeamXbox.com has the Web's first unofficial image of the hardware for the Playstation 3 SDK, as well as two pictures of the current Nvidia RSX chip that will be used in the PS3, and is already in the SDK.
In addition to the RSX chip, sources have confirmed to TeamXbox that the dev kit has a 2.4 GHz processor onboard.
