Microsoft's goal of selling 10 million Xbox 360 consoles by the first 16 months of its release was helped along recently as Microsoft Game Studios announced a new publishing deal with Scottish developer, Real Time Worlds.RTW was founded by Dave Jones of DMA Design/Rockstar North fame. Jones is also credited with playing an important part in the Grant Theft Auto franchise of games. The Scottish firm are reportedly creating several titles that will be exclusive to the Xbox 360, with a number still in the development stages.
The only game that has been mentioned thus far is All Points bulletin, a MMOG that will be published the Korean Webzen sometime in 2007.
Jones has however been working with Microsoft for some time - it is rumoured - and Corporate Veepee (of Microsoft) Peter Moore stated at an ELSPA press briefing that more details would be revealed in the coming weeks. More on the projects of this ambitious new studio as we get it.
