RYL Sponsors MTV Movie Awards Event - 6.6.05

Planetwide Games have announced they will be the official video game sponsors for the MTV Style Lounge 2005, a gathering of top stars, nominees, presenters and performers that leads up to this year's MTV Movie Awards:

On Thursday June 2 and Friday, June 3, celebrities including Jennifer Love Hewitt, Shannon Elizabeth, Wilmer Valderama, Chris Judd, Bai Ling, Shelley Burkard, Natasha Henstridge, Hal Sparks, Ashley Tisdale, Daveigh Chase, Travis Aaron Wade, Naveen Andrews , Joe Hahn (Linkin Park) and Monkey (Korn) were at the MTV event and enjoyed the newest Massively Multiplayer Online Role Play Game RYL: Path of the Emperor.

The sponsorship ties in with the publicity for PWG's competition next month, which will see the winner of a Risk Your Life tournament walk away with 1 million dollars.
Starting 1 July and ending 30 April 2006, any player can take part in the tournament, the finalists of which will appear in a live broadcast from next year's E3 as they duke it out for the grand prize.
