Doom Movie Logo? - 8.7.05

Can Magazine have been sent what is claimed to be the logo for the upcoming Doom Movie.
It looks similar in many ways to the logo for Doom 3, and Universal Pictures haven't commented, so it should be taken with a grain of salt:

Obviously this logo for the upcoming movie Doom is not official, so it could have just been taken from the video game. However, I would expect something like this as the finalized logo, but maybe with a few shots from the film blended in. For now, lets just assume that this might be the logo for the movie, and wait it out till we here any more info on the post.

The movie is due for release on 21 October, and will star The Rock and Karl Urban of LOTR: the Two Towers.
