Yet another tragic games-related death to hit the headlines. A young 4 year old boy from Ohio, U.S. died after he locked himself in his parents' car to play a video game. When his parents found him in the car sometime later, Andy Jones had stopped breathing completely. He was then flown to hospital by ambulance helicopter in a desperate attempt to save the young boy, but tragically he died not long after that.
Later, officials estimated that the car's temperature exceeded 100 degrees.
WLWT-TV in Cincinnati reports that by the time Andy Jones' parents found him inside the Honda he had stopped breathing. The Amelia couple rushed their son to a nearby Baptist church to meet a medevac helicopter, but it was too late to save the child.
