Rockstar Games have told Eurogamer that the supposed screenshot of GTA 4 that recently appeared on the Web is definitely a fake.Rumours that the image was genuine started when Rockstar initially gave a "no comment" when asked to confirm or deny its authenticity.
The company also shot down the accompanying text that was posted alongside the screenshot, which said the game would possibly make its debut on the PS3 and include a play environment six times larger than that seen in GTA: San Andreas.
