Bandai Games have announced they will be publishing The Legend of Heroes, an RPG with over 50 hours of gameplay for the Sony PSP.The game will hit stores in the U.S. this September, and initial information reveals it will be a single-player turn based RPG with 3D environments, and will feature over 100 unique characters for players to interact with:
Known by the name: Eiyuu Densetsu ("Legend of Heroes") Gagharv Trilogy: Akai Shizuku ("Crimson Tears") in Japan, the game is developed by legendary Nihon Falcom in Tokyo. The company is well known for their RPG work on many platforms and brands, including the "Ys", "Brandish" and "Sorcerian Series." While faithful to the "Legend of Heroes" series, players unfamiliar with the story will discover an easy-to-pick-up gameplay experience.
The game also features more than 100 types of original character illustrations by Minako Iwasaki, a beloved ex-Falcom artist who has redrawn her characters specifically for the PSP system.
