Midway's King Kong-esque arcade classic Rampage is set to make a reappearance on the Playstation 2 and GameCube.Midway showcased the game recently at their headquarters in Chicago, and revealed it will be titled "Rampage: Total Destruction":
Like the original, gamers can unleash their inner beasts by playing the supersized simian George, the larger-than-life lizard Lizzie, or the whopping werewolf Ralph. And this time there are even more monsters to unlock and play as. The destruction is rampant as gamers will scale skyscrapers, fell helicopters, and eat a few hapless citizens.
The game is due to be released next spring for $19.99 on both PS2 and GameCube. In the meantime, GameSpot have posted up the first-look and trailer for the game.
