Following the news that Sid Meiers Civilization 3 is to get a budget re-release, an interesting nugget of information has surfaced from Meiers himself. A recent Q&A session with the legendary Civilization creator has revealed a Firaxis title, possibly Civ, is on the cards for the Nintendo DS.
When asked by a fan about developing for the console, Meiers said:
It's certainly something we're exploring. Our goal is to make great games and deliver them to players on whatever platforms make sense for the game. I agree that the Nintendo DS would be a good match for some of our titles...so stay tuned for more info. soon!
