Namco have announced the sequel to Katamari Damacy has achieved Gold status and is all set for its launch in the U.S. on the 20th of September.
We Love Katamari is said to be much larger than its predecessor, and includes a new 2 player co-op mode and an expanded battle mode.
The game was originally released in Japan on the 7th of July, and Namco recently revealed that it will roll into Europe early next year.
As an extra treat, Namco have launched the official website for We Love Katamari, which includes the trailer, gameplay info and storyline. Registering on the site also lets you participate in contests, and gain access to extra site features.
