SmartXX, a group that specialises in manufacturing mod-chips for Xbox, have gotten their hands on some Xbox 360 dev-kits that are said to have been produced as recently as the 18th of August. The group have torn the console apart, presumably to create an Xbox 360 mod-chip, and posted up a large gallery of high-res images of the console's innards.
The console's heatsinks have been removed to give a clear view of the motherboard, and images of the memory unit, controller, headset, cables, ports and DVD-ROM drive are also included.
