Anyone wanting to check out Matrix Games’ Battleground Europe without paying the box price can do so now during a free 14-day trial offer for the MMORPG. During the trial, players will be able to join the fight on land, air and sea.

Those who choose to buy the game after checking it out will get all the bonuses that came with the recent European release. This includes a 150-page game manual in electronic form, a combat equipment guide, wallpapers, music, comics and more, according to a release from Matrix.
The game itself features more than 600 cities and nearly 30,000 buildings in a zoneless environment. Battles here can last for days and even weeks as thousands of players on a server fight to control territory.
The game prices out at $19.99 for the download version and $29.99 for the box set.
