SEGA has announced a partnership with Bizarre Creations to deliver The Club to next-gen systems in 2007.
The title involves an underground fight club of sorts where bad guys are paid big bucks to take part in gunfights that online viewers watch and gamble on. The third-person shooter will have a primary mission for players that’s simply survival. Talk about a revolution in online television viewing!
The Club simply delivers that visceral thrill of high-stakes gambling and tosses in a heavy dose of frenzied gunplay," said Scott A. Steinberg, Vice President of Marketing, SEGA of America, Inc. "Bizarre Creations has a incredible track record and now they bring the innovation, both technical and creative, shown in the racing genre and have applied it to the shooter category."
