One of the most highly anticipated upcoming game titles will make its way to Nintendo’s Wii. Spore creator Will Wright has confirmed that Spore will make its way to “all platforms.”
This, it seems, includes cell phones, the Nintendo DS and even Wii. Wright didn’t specifically say Wii, but it’s being presumed that “all” means Wii, too.
Wright is world famous for his creation of the Sims. Fans of his run the gamut from regular Joes to big Hollywood celebs. The Spore title will have gamers creating their own universe from the, well, spore up.
There’s no word on a release date other than early next year, but trailers have been unveiled and the anticipation is getting high. The game’s been in the pipeline for some time now and has even won some major awards for originality.
