It seems Nintendo has confirmed the launch lineup for the Wii console. The date’s still missing, but the games have been announced, according to several gaming sites, including Digital Battle.
Launch titles for Wii include:
- The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
- Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
- Wii Sports
- Red Steel
- Tony Hawk’s Downhill Jam
- Madden NFL 2007
- Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors
- Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz
- Metal Slug Anthology
- Trauma Center: Second Opinion
- Elebits
- Marvel: Ultimate Alliance
- Blitz: The League
- Rayman Raving Rabbids
- SpongeBob Square Pants: Creature from the Krusty Krab
- Disney/Pixar Cars
Nintendo has yet to confirm a price or release date for the console itself. There are good indications the console will price out around $200, but a certain price isn't avilable.
