For all those North American and European gamers out there who have cried real tears at the Xbox 360’s lack of availability consider this: India has yet to have its official launch.
That’s right. There’s no next-gen action there – yet. Microsoft announced earlier this week that it will officially launch the system in India before October. The console will be available at 1,200 retail centers across seven cities.
Xbox 360 will be available for consumers before the Diwali season. However, the pre-order of the product will start from June 9," Mitch Koch, corporate VP, global retail sales and marketing group, Microsoft Entertainment and Devices Division said.
