The topic of Forza 2 for the Xbox 360 came up at work today. It seems at least one co-worker of mine is almost as in love with the original Xbox title as my husband (who bought not one, but three steering wheels just to have the right racing feel.)
At any rate, I was asked when gamers could expect this title. Since this is “the greatest racing game ever” per my husband, I came right home and dug up a little information.
From the Xbox site, it appears as if gamers can expect the title in November. No specific date is given.
All of this makes me think November 2006 is starting to shape up to be a month that will go down in gaming infamy. Not only is the PlayStation 3 due out in November, but it appears as if Halo 3 will also make its debut then, too. Plus, we can’t forget about Wii.
As the opponents in the next-gen console war line up, I’m betting Bill Gates is kicking back and watching a little Globetrotter action on YouTube laughing maniacally at the weapons he has in his arsenal: A possible price reduction for the Xbox 360, Halo 3 and Forza 2.
