Halo fans itching for some news about the upcoming release of the Halo comic book don’t have to wait any longer. Marvel Comics has an interactive preview of the upcoming title on its site.
Master Chief fanatics who want a sneak peek of the graphic anthology before its July 12 release date can check it out here. You’ll have to register, but what’s in store is worth the few extra minutes. The title offers its own big arc of a story with a few sidelines, too.
From 1 Up:
The book's been in the works for a year and a half, and features the talents of Andrew Robinson, Ed Lee, Jay Faerber, Lee Hammock, Jean "Moebius" Giraud, Phil Hale, Simon Bisley and Tsutomo Nihei. A number of Bungie employees worked on the project, and the book will include original Halo art from Bungie employees and various comic artists.
In the meantime, the development of Halo 3 for the Xbox 360 is moving along. A release is expected sometime next year.
