The poor guy that reviewed video games to create a list of the 20 worst of all time for the 150th issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly has posted his findings in more depth on the Web.
As he put it, “It takes a special kind of failure to make it into this list. A game has to be more than boring or poorly executed. To become one of the 20 Worst, it starts as a bad idea and ends by actually lowering the quality of life of people who haven't played it.”
With such titles as Total Recall, Heroes of the Lance and White Men Can’t Jump making the list, it’s a wonder this guy didn’t poke his eyes out half way through doing the reviews on the individual games. It does sound as if his sanity was challenged, however.
“Shaq Fu is a game about Shaquille O'Neal battling in a super-powered martial arts tournament, and I was in such a cloudy state of mind that I forgot to include it.”
I’m not sure how he did it!
