There are reports out that say ABC is soon to announce the release of “Lost” season one on Blu-ray format.If this one comes to fruition, it can be chalked up as a big win for the Blu-ray camp and PS3 fans in general.
Rumor has it the announcement will be the lead in for a series of “enhanced boxed sets the network plans to release in the coming summer.”
The “Lost” boxed set will reportedly come with lots of features and extended scenes that weren’t released with the earlier DVD version. The pricing, however, is looking pretty high – about $199.99 if rumors are to be believed.
The PS3 is set to release Nov. 17. The pricey package will come with a built-in Blu-ray player, however, fans will likely have to wait a while to get their hands on the gaming console as some issues with the diodes are lowering release window shipment expectations.
