In keeping with the MMORPG rule of making sure games constantly evolve and change, Dungeons and Dragons Online: Stormreach is getting ready to launch a whole host of new spells.The spell list for levels 1 to 10 was recently revealed on the D&D Online forums. The listing for higher levels is expected to arrive Oct. 20.
Featuring a great mix of classic spells from the D&D line and some that seem new, the spells in the testing phase include such necessities as Minor Globe of Invulnerability, Blur and Displacement. MMORG Blog aptly points out that two of the spells are very reminiscent of old fashion paper-and-pencil D&D’s Melf’s Acid Arrow and Magic Missile. In the online game, they’ll be called Burning Blood and Force Missile, respectively.
It’s nice to see the title evolving and by the five pages of responses in the forums, it appears to be thriving, as well.
