There’s just no shortage of creative uses for World of Warcraft characters as evidenced by the abundance of WoW-based parodies on YouTube and elsewhere.
There’s a new one out, however, that’s a little different than the others. This one takes one of television’s most popular shows and marries it to the World of Warcraft. The very well done piece replicates (to an extent) the opening sequence of the Sci-Fi Channel’s Battlestar Galactica. In doing so, this one proudly proclaims: “The Cylons were created by gnomes. They rebelled.”
It just gets funnier from there. Not necessarily as funny as the WoW “South Park” episode, but funny nonetheless, and very well synched, too.
The short flick is worth the watch for WoW and Battlestar fans alike.
