
As the Nintendo DS Lite makes its way to stores later this week, one might expect a plethora of new titles to go along with it. That’s just not the case. As it stand, the releases for the DS are pretty light, pardon the pun.
But, gamers who prefer to use their PCs will find the offerings are many, including Need for Speed, Ultimate Quake and more.
Sony fans will find a few titles for both the PS2 and the PSP, but Xbox 360 users will have to go without – again. The Xbox gets at least a few new games while Nintendo’s handhelds have a spattering of titles poised for release.
Below are some of the titles set to ship this week based on EB Games’ listings. The dates, of course, are subject to change based on shipments, but as it stands right now, here’s what’s happening in the North American market the week of June 5:
