Crysis 2 multiplayer demo coming March 1st

Crytek don’t seem in the least bit phased by the recent leak of an early build of Crysis 2. Over on the EA website the games developer announced the multiplayer demo for Crysis 2 on the PC will be availabe for download on the first day of March.

The demo will include 2 maps with 2 different game modes and feature 6 on 6 action in a war-torn Manhattan; promising “hours of fun” in the demo alone.

“Skyline”, set on top of the rooftops and interiors of skyscrapers, and “Pier 17”, an open environment with limited cover. The demo also features two modes: “Team Instant Action” pits two teams against each other as they kill as many opponents as possible to win the round and “Crash Site,” where players will battle for control of alien drop pods, earning points by guarding their pods and keeping enemies at bay.

The full game will be released to PC, Xbox and PS3 on the 22nd of March. You can pre-order on Amazon
